The company HOBES SLOVAKIA s.r.o.
is a private Slovak limited liability company, established in 1994 as a new entrepreneurship. It is located in Eastern Slovakia, at town of Trebišov.

ZINC-ALLOY DIE-CASTING

Die-casting foundry of HOBES Slovakia, s.r.o., produces wide range of technical zinc-alloy (zamak) castings for various branches of industry - automotive, furniture etc.

ZINC ELECTRO GALVANISING

Our electro galvanising line is suitable for small zinc alloy or steel products plating. We offer zinc plating with passivation by blue chromating.

STAINLESS STEEL FURNITURE PRODUCTION

Our company produces garden furniture - stainless steel construction is combined with exotic timber and/or textilene. Furniture design, according which we prepare production drawings, is property of our customers.

DOOR LOCKS ASSEMBLY

In 1994 we started first with this production line and we keep producing until today. We assemble mortise door locks of companies HOBES, CZ, and EURO-ELZETT, HU in our plant.

CNC machining

Our company dispose of CNC machine tools (lathes, milling machines, power saws), sheet metal working, bending machines and other machines. These we use for manufacture of garden furniture, stair-rails and for machining of zinc castings.

SURFACE TREATMENT

For improvement of surface of our castings we can apply following surface treatments: deburring by vibration in dry barrels, in ceramic elements, sand-blasting and annealing.
